On the corner of Boulevard Raspail and Rue de Sèvres, underneath the Lutetia's glimmering facade, is a stalwart of the Left Bank.

When dining in Saint-Germain, the Brasserie Lutetia is an experience on it’s own. With an outdoor terrace and interior that is reminiscent of the hotel’s Art Deco history, Brasserie Lutetia is the place for locals to dine and be seen in. And with a menu of neighbourhood classics and contemporary surprises by Patrick Charvet, it is no wonder Parisiennes flock to this little corner.

Patrick Charvet, Chef of Brasserie Lutetia
Since his childhood, the kitchen has been a warm and convivial space for Patrick Charvet, a place for generational transmission and an infinite world of knowledge. The spirit of generosity is a source of motivation for him: "Being a chef is above all about cultivating a positive mindset and constantly motivating the young people who come to learn and who will be the future bearers of this tradition." It's this philosophy that the Chef strives to convey in his gourmet, delicate, and generous menus, which are renewed seasonally at Brasserie Lutetia.
