Nicolas Guercio, Pastry Chef at Lutetia Paris
Nicolas Guercio has been dreaming of pastry-making since childhood. After studying cookery, he turned to pastry-making, and a series of trips followed to gain international experience. Today Chef Pâtissier at Lutetia Paris, he expresses himself fully through his creations, which are both gourmet and creative. Chocolate-making, confectionery, pastry-making, biscuit-making and ice-cream-making are all skills that Nicolas and his teams have mastered to perfection.

Every weekend, discover a selection of savory dishes and the sweet creations of Pastry Chef Nicolas Guercio at the famous Salon Saint-Germain Afternoon Tea. A must for a gourmet stopover on the Left Bank. On Saturday and Sunday, from 3:00pm to 6:00pm.
