Le Saint-Germain

Pulling back the curtains to unveil Le Saint-Germain, Executive Chef Benjamin Brial quietly removed something else as well; the traditional plat du jour.  For the new, light-filled restaurant, he chose to offer Paris something singular: A true plat du moment – a bespoke fine dining experience, different for every guest.

What follows is a meal to savour. There is a menu that breaks free of starter-main-dessert, to follow appetite and instinct; A chef who is an expert hand at the classics, with the artistry to reimagine them;  A refined gourmet restaurant that delights the senses from breakfast oeufs fermiers to after-dinner gourmandises.

Located in the heart of the hotel, the setting is as imaginative as the menu. Diners are watched over by a colourful pantheon of heroes, afloat in Fabrice Hyber's radiant glass ceiling. Beneath them, small clusters of sculpture and handmade furniture, and a towering library, turn Le Saint Germain into a salon, as varied and inviting as a friend's living room. Most inspiring of all is the creativity pouring out of Brial's kitchen, making this a space, meal and moment to remember.

Tea Time 100% Cacao

Easter, it is all about chocolate !

Under this occasion, the Tea Time will be 100% cacao. On the menu : exclusive chocolate designs signed by Nicolas Guercio, accompanied by a chocolate black tea. From salt to sugar, allow yourself to be surprised by a unique gourmet moment at the heart of the Saint Germain.

Reservations for this exclusive tea party will be available from Saturday 11th to Monday 13th April 2020.  

Easter Brunch

Sunday 12th April, it is under the glazed roofing of the Saint Germain restaurant that the Easter brunch will be enjoyed, created by our Executive Chief Benjamin Brial. Discover a fresh and delicate selection of tasty, seasonal dishes, and naturally traditional Easter touches.

Discover the sweet and savory delicacies for a Tea Time 100% Rive gauche. Our Pastry Chef Nicolas Guercio picked his favorite ingredients to offer a delightful afternoon tea to enjoy under the magnificent glass ceiling roof of the Saint-Germain.
Every day from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
Price: 55 euros per person - 75 euros per person with a glass of champagne
