Whoever put the "petit" in petit-déjeuner hasn't lingered over breakfast at L'Orangerie. This tranquil hideaway is filled with natural light, splendid furnishings and the singular flavours of every region of France.
In these lovely, sunlit surroundings, each of the delicacies is from Executive Chef Benjamin Brial's personal network of farmers, fishermen and cooks. This means our buffet changes often, since every ingredient is served at it's peak of flavour.
In Paris, breakfast often begins with butter. In this case, from the same artisans who ferment our delicious yogurt - Bordier, in Brittany. Tangy jams and preserves are from the south of France, where Chef Brial grew up. Spread them both on baguettes, breads and Viennoiseries, fresh from our pastry kitchen. There, we rely on another exclusive butter – our own, prepared by hand. All this variety, and you still haven't peeked at the menu.
So whether you order our hearty oeufs Bénédict, or a light Akasha entrée, don't miss the berries, fruits and just-squeezed juices. With a name like L'Orangerie, they are prized for their freshness.
