This year again, the Festive celebrations at the Lutetia will once again be synonymous with joy, magic, and wonder. The hotel’s teams have imagined a series of unique events and experiences that will delight all the guests: gourmet holiday menus, seasonal pastries or exclusive shopping experiences, everyone will be able to celebrate the end of the year in their own way, all in the elegant setting and warm spirit for which the hotel is renowned for.
Festive Gourmet Experiences
The hotel's restaurants will present an array of menus created with a selection of gourmet and seasonal products.
Throughout the month of December, the Saint-Germain will be offering a festive Afternoon Tea created by Pastry Chef Nicolas Guercio, to be enjoyed under its spectacular-colored glass ceiling, for a warm and gourmet interlude in the heart of Winter.
For Christmas, the menus of the Saint-Germain and the Brasserie Lutetia will feature a selection of festive dishes, while a special menu will be offered for New Year's Eve at Brasserie Lutetia, to be savoured in a festive musical atmosphere.
On New Year's Eve, Brasserie Lutetia is inviting guests to take part in an exclusive New Year's Eve raffle.

Art Deco Yule Log
As a tribute to Lutetia, Chef Nicolas Guercio presents this year a Yule log reflecting all the elegance of Art Deco style. A true artwork made of lines and angles, decorated with golden chocolate plates, it will be a sensation on holiday tables.
For his creation, the Chef wanted traditional chocolate and praline flavours, combined with a surprising truffle touch. This sophisticated dessert is made of a creamy Komuntu 80% dark chocolate mousse, a sweet cocoa paste for a crunchy note, a hazelnut dacquoise with a crunchy sea salt, as well as a tasty Valrhona milk chocolate hazelnut cream and a truffle-flavoured flowing praline made with Périgord black truffles.

King's Cake
Pastry chef Nicolas Guercio restyles this famous and popular French dessert and offers a gourmet journey that honours the subtle flavours of the pecan.
Faithful to tradition, this galette is made up of several puff pastry discs, with unexpected textures inserted in between each disc. Thus, a melting crumble, a butter cream and a praline made of pecan nuts, meet delicate slivers of pecan, an almond-pecan cream and a flaky brioche.
To play with the tradition of the lucky charm, Pastry Chef Nicolas Guercio will hide the unique golden charm into one of the galettes. The lucky winner of the precious charm will be offered a night in one of the hotel's suites.
