Gastronomy at the Lutetia
The Hotel Lutetia delivers an authentic Parisian experience and has been at the heart of the local community for more than 100 years. In keeping with its history as a landmark in Saint Germain society, gastronomy will be revitalized at the Lutetia with Executive Chef Benjamin Brial at the helm. The hotel will feature an eclectic mix of restaurants, bars and lounges throughout the historical ground floor.
The reopening of the Hotel will also unveil the stunning Bar Josephine, bringing the jazz scene back to the Lutetia, alongside the Salon Saint Germain, an inviting lounge at the heart of the Hotel plus an open-air courtyard, a new addition to the Hotel.
The famous Brasserie Lutetia returns in September with the three Michelin starred Chef Gérald Passedat who will unveil his exceptional know-how at the heart of a firmly contemporary setting.
