Gastronomy at the Lutetia
The hotel Lutetia delivers an authentic parisian experience and has been at the heart of the local community for more than 100 years. In keeping with its history as a landmark in Saint Germain society, gastronomy will be revitalized at the Lutetia with Executive Chef Benjamin Brial at the helm. The famous Brasserie Lutetia with the three Michelin starred Chef Gérald Passedat unveil his exceptional know-how at the heart of a firmly contemporary setting. The hotel will feature an eclectic mix of restaurants, bars and lounges throughout the historical ground floor.
The reopening of the hotel will also unveil the stunning Bar Josephine, bringing the jazz scene back to the Lutetia, alongside the Salon Saint Germain, an inviting lounge at the heart of the Hotel plus an open-air courtyard, a new addition to the Hotel.
Paralleling the Lutetia writing a new chapter in its history, the Chef Gérald Passedat mark the gastronomy of the Left Bank with this very first Parisian address.
Le Saint Germain
The Saint Germain, iconic heart of the hotel, unveils its historic glass roof enhanced by a contemporary and colorful work by the artist Fabrice Hyber.
The Patio Art Deco, created especially for the new Lutetia, offers an oasis of peace in the open air, at the heart of the hotel.
An ideal space to escape the hustle and bustle of Paris’ Left Bank, The Orangerie is a uniquely peaceful area of the hotel bathed with natural light.
The spectacular Bar Joséphine allies heritage and modernity by combining the historical fresco of the Bar and the contemporary vision of the internationally-renowned architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte. The bar gives tribute to Joséphine Baker, a famous “habituée”, passionate artist, resistant and respectful of her art.
The Bar Aristide, which faces Rue de Babylone, is an intimate venue to enjoy one of our two smoking rooms: Blues and Jazz. Our intuitive cigar sommelier will be on hand for those connoisseurs in search of a truly exceptional cigar experience.
