Gastronomy at Lutetia
The Lutetia delivers an authentic Parisian experience and has been at the heart of the local community for more than 100 years. In keeping with its history as a landmark in St. Germain society, gastronomy will be revitalized at Lutetia with Executive Chef Benjamin Brial at the helm. The hotel will feature an eclectic mix of restaurants, bars and lounges throughout the historical ground floor including the return of the famous Brasserie which will be reopened under the care and attention of Gérald Passedat who currently holds three Michelin stars in France. He will bring his experience to the kitchen of the legendary hotel and be part of its culinary history. The reopening of the hotel will also unveil a stunning bar, bringing the Jazz scene back to Lutetia, alongside the Salon St Germain, an inviting lounge at the heart of the hotel plus an open-air courtyard, a new addition to the hotel.
Gérald Passedat will bring his creative expertise to the kitchen of the legendary Lutetia Brasserie. A third-generation family member at the helm of the Marseille landmark - “Le Petit Nice”, Passedat’s Cote D’Azur empire also includes the restaurants “Le Môle”, “Albertine” and “Villa La Coste” in Provence.
Our spectacular bar is an artfully glamorous blend of the old and the new with its historical fresco and contemporary design by the world-renowned architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte. Open from midday until 1am, the bar offers international cuisine with a lunch menu for sharing and an exquisite selection of snacks for dinner. As the sun goes down and throughout the evening, patrons will be able enjoy the art of mixology and our selection of classic and contemporary cocktails within this unique and intimate space, infused by the atmosphere of jazz that befits its St Germain heritage.
An ideal space to escape the hustle and bustle Paris’ Left Bank, The Orangerie is a uniquely peaceful area of the hotel, bathed with natural light and surrounded by orange trees. Breakfast ‘à la Française’ can be found here, a gourmet, healthy and organic selection of exceptional dishes and at the weekend patrons will be able to share brunch with family and friends while experiencing the Parisian art de vivre in this beautiful room.
Salon St Germain
The Salon Saint Germain has always been an iconic destination on the left bank and we are now delighted to reveal its magnificent and historical glass roof overlooking the art deco patio. Here diners can enjoy continental breakfast, lunch and dinner in an intimate and refined atmosphere. In the afternoon, a classic Parisian afternoon tea is served with a range of sandwiches, scones and home-made pastries.
The art deco designed patio sits adjacent to and is an extension of the Salon St Germain. A entirely new addiiton to the hotel, the Patio is the ideal place to enjoy an al fresco bite to eat or a refreshing drink.
